The talented teenager has made no secret of wanting to leave Uruguay and his representative claims that there is no shortage of potential suitors

Interest appears to be heating up around wantaway Nacional starlet Nicolas Lopez, as the youngster's agent has revealed Roma, Palermo and Udinese are all interested in signing his client.

The future of the 18-year-old striker has been in doubt ever since August, when his father revealed that he was in Italy to decide Lopez's future without the permission of the Uruguayan club. Nacional were furious and threatened to report the case to Fifa in order to avoid the exit of one of their most promising talents.

A move did not materialise before the summer transfer window closed, but Lopez's representative, Pablo Betancourt, revealed on Thursday that certain clubs were hoping to make a move sooner rather than later.

"Not just Roma are interested in Nicolas. Palermo and Udinese want him too," the agent told Mediagol from Italy.

Lopez has made five appearances for the Uruguayan champions since making his debut in April 2011, scoring three times.
